Before you go any further... Have you followed the Help Steps on the Alcor home page?

If you have done so, and you still don't have the answers you need, then you're ready to go further.

There are a very few instances where you may e-mail the Alcor System Administrator for help: if you are being threatened or harrassed (send full headers!), or if you have reason to believe your account has been compromised by a cracker (check first!), the sysadmin will help you. However, please remember that, with well over 10000 users on Alcor, the sysadmin will not intervene personally for any other reason. If you try to get around this restriction, you will almost certainly receive a form letter directing you to more appropriate avenues of support.
